World Wide WebDon't Cook Your Foods! It May Cause More Acne | People will be opposed with this statement. "Don't cook your foods!" That sounds like a bold statement, and it sounds silly. But, yes, it might be silly for you too. We are living in the world when foods are cooked before they're consumed. That's right. It's okay and nothing wrong with it.However, I'm not suggesting this statement for general people. I'm suggesting this valuable advice for you, acne sufferers. You're the ones that shouldn't consume cooked foods if you want to cure your acne. Let me explain.

When you cook your foods, you're applying heat into the foods, which triggers chemical reactions within the substance inside the foods. For example, if you apply heat to some vegetables, those veggies will lose some of their important nutrients. As a result, you don't get the full advantage of those vegetables.

That's why you better consume fruits and veggies in their raw form. In this way, you're getting the full advantage of their nutrients and they can effectively help you to get rid of your acne.

I'm not saying that you need to completely avoid eating cooked foods. Not at all. But, I must say that you must avoid them often. Those are your enemies. I suggest you to start consuming fruit and vegetable salad often. Avoid meat, fish, eggs, and so on. Become a vegetarian for a while. You will be able to see the advantage later, after few weeks of changing your dietary habit.

Cooked foods are delicious, I agree. But, are the taste of those foods more important than your own clear skin? Say, for example, if you're allowed to eat delicious foods but suffer horrible skin condition, do you want to do it? Think about it. You can avoid those foods now, for a period of time, and get your clear skin back. After that, you can consume those foods again. It's a good deal, right?

Why I advocate you to become a vegetarian? That's because becoming a vegetarian is a good way to eliminate animal foods from your diet for a while. Do you know that animal foods are mostly the originators of many bad substances inside your body? That's why you need to avoid them.

I don't advocate you to become a vegetarian for a lifetime, although you can do it if you really like it. But, at least you should be abstain from animal foods for a while, just for the sake of your skin. I hope it will be a good advice for you.

Cooking is not bad in itself. But, you have to understand that consuming cooked foods may potentially cause more harm to your skin. That's why I suggest you to become a vegetarian.
