World Wide Web | The Weight Loss After Pregnancy Center | So after having been pregnant three times and being under the stress of a full time job, I realized I wasn't losing all of the baby weight I'd gained. I went to the Weight Loss After Pregnancy Center and did some research online and stumbled on some good advice and started to abide by it.
Most of us enjoy white foods. Whether they be bread, pastas, rice or even milk. They're so tasty! Unfortunately, we don't have cameras inside our bodies so we can't see what these foods are doing to us internally. We as humans were not programmed to live off of white food products, believe it or not. Eliminating anything white from your diet may prove difficult at first, but if you allow yourself to slowly ween off of breads, white pastas, anything bleached (yes even white flower), you'll start to see a difference in your waistline. I slowly worked white food products out of my diet and over an eight week period I was swimming in my pants and shorts this summer!
Another well held secret are dairy products. Yes, you milk, cheese and yogurt fans, we as humans are not programmed to survive off of dairy goods. Technically we shouldn't ingest milk after being weened from breast milk from our mothers as infants. Again with the unfortunate part about not having internal cameras on live all the time, we can't see what it's doing to our livers. It's not a pretty picture.
Now to go with eliminating white dairy items, I should also mention that it may do us all a favor to stop drinking colas, even the diet ones. Yes they do not contain sugar, but they do contain artificial sweeteners which can have bad effects on our systems as well. I have not had a soda (or pop, depending on where you live in the world) in over four months and to be honest with you, I do not miss it one bit. There was always something about a diet soda that left me with unwanted heartburn. No thanks!
Lastly, we all hear about eating more fruits and veggies. Don't be disappointed, it doesn't mean we cannot eat them as often as we want. We can! We need to be more aware of eating raw fruits and veggies as the added fiber helps our digestive tracks. It's a great way to clean out the pipes, if you know what I mean. If you're ever bothered by constipation, eat a raw apple or pear.
In conclusion, I am sharing these tips with readers as I have tried them and believe it or not they do work. Thanks to the Weight Loss After Pregnancy Center I was able to shed more of the baby weight and continue to incorporate these small changes, with moderate exercise in my weekly life and I love the new me.
