Despite being told some of these foods are good for us, they can have a damaging and lasting effect on our bodies.

Please don't think for one minute that I'm being over the top, gluten intolerance has been known to cause all of these symptoms, so it's vital you deal with the problem right away.

Not everyone will suffer from the same symptoms, so you shouldn't automatically assume you're ok. Different people react in different ways, so if you have any concerns, make sure you take a gluten intolerance test, failing that, eliminate gluten-rich products from your diet over a period of a few weeks and see if your symptoms vanish.

The process of elimination is likely to help you a lot quicker than taking a test is, you can begin to eliminate certain foods from your diet right now, whereas you may have to wait a while to take a test.

If you feel better after eliminating gluten-rich foods from your diet, then I would suggest you look to making permanent changes. There are many gluten-free foods on the market these days', so you won't feel like you're missing out. Some of these foods are very tasty and they can go a long way to help you to feel so much better day after day.

Look out for the symptoms of gluten intolerance now, and if you find any, do something about them as soon as possible.
